Mykshi.in is an eCommerce platform operated under a Sole Proprietorship by Padrinath Manivannan, created with the objective of providing customers with quality products, trusted delivery services, attractive offers, loyalty rewards, and a secure shopping experience across India. Sensitive banking details including card numbers, CVV details, and UPI PINs are processed securely by authorized payment gateways and are not directly stored by Mykshi.in. Users are advised to ensure safe transaction practices while making online payments and should immediately report any suspicious activities to the respective payment provider and our support team.
Delivery & Logistics
For order fulfillment and shipment tracking purposes, Mykshi.in may share required customer information such as customer name, mobile number, and delivery address with logistics and shipping partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and other authorized courier providers. These third-party delivery services are used solely for operational and delivery-related activities. Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, serviceability, weather conditions, logistics performance, government restrictions, or other external factors beyond our control. While we strive to provide reliable delivery experiences, Mykshi.in shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or unavoidable operational circumstances.

Communications & Promotions

Seller account functionality and seller ecosystem services are currently under development and may be introduced in future platform updates. Separate terms, policies, or operational conditions may apply to sellers once such services are officially launched.

Mykshi.in takes reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. User data may be securely stored and processed using cloud-based infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). However, despite our best efforts, no online platform, server, or digital transmission method can guarantee absolute security, and users acknowledge that internet-based services may involve certain unavoidable risks.
Account Deletion & Data Retention
Users may request account deletion or data removal by contacting our official support email addresses. Upon successful verification, we may delete or anonymize user information where legally permissible. However, certain transaction records, invoices, operational logs, compliance records, or dispute-related information may be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, audit, operational, or regulatory purposes as required under applicable laws or internal business policies.
